What You Need To Have:

• Experience as an administrative professional providing support to internal and external customers
• The ability to accurately prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, quotes, bid packages, etc.
• A professional telephone manner and active listening skills
• The ability to collaborate with and effectively communicate tenant concerns to Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians
• Great follow-up skills to provide problem resolution status to internal and external customers
• Organizational skills to effectively manage workload and maintain a functional filing system
• A respect for confidential information and an ability to act with discretion
• Intermediate or higher level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn work order tracking software
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
