As a Business Analytics Manager Senior within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Marketing and Customer Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in office or in the field on a regular basis. As a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, you will shape strategic decisions through data-driven insights, drive performance, and directly impact how millions of people experience our brand. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a newly formed team of talented analysts, providing insights that optimize our direct marketing campaigns and accelerate our growth across our retail deposit and investment businesses. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our analytics roadmap, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to uncover actionable intelligence. Role Responsibilities- Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing marketing analysts primarily supporting direct response campaigns within our retail deposit, investments, and wealth management lines of business
- Develop and execute audience selection strategies for targeted retail deposit campaigns
- Create a long-term testing roadmap along with Marketing and Product partners to enable future optimization and growth
- Design and oversee A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance
- Establish robust measurement methodologies to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance KPIs
- Analyze campaign results to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to align analytics with business goals
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven optimization of targeting, messaging, offers, and channel mix
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior and executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices in marketing analytics and reporting
- A seasoned analytics leader with a strong foundation in marketing analytics and a passion for driving business impact through data.
- You have a strategic mindset, deep technical expertise, and the ability to lead and inspire your team
- You navigate complexity with clarity, aligning analytics with business priorities
- You are a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating analytics into strategic recommendations
- You can form a vision and build solutions through strong project planning and management skills
- You have experience with Hadoop, SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability.
- Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements .
- Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities.
- Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership.
- Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.
