Commercial Electrical Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead on-site teams, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure high-quality electrical installations on commercial project
Key Responsibilities:Supervise electricians and apprentices, delegating tasks and maintaining work quality
Plan and adjust daily operations based on site needs, weather, and deliveries
Promote and enforce safety protocols, including PPE and equipment training
Manage ordering and inventory of electrical materials
Inspect work to ensure compliance with codes and specifications
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support
Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, and clients
Report regularly on project progress and site conditions
Qualifications:
10+ years of electrical experience (commercial preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or journeyman license may be required
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, blueprints, and installation techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
