Job Description
As a Cleaning Specialist, your primary role will be to clean homes and household items affected by fire and water damage.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Structural cleaning of properties
- Cleaning of contents (household items) following fire, smoke and/or water damage
- Cleaning of homes during restoration and upon completion of project (final clean)
- Contents gathering, packing and loading
- Content inventory preparation (Helping to document the items inside a home)
- Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques, products and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications- Willingness and ability to work in less than perfect environments (mold, smoke, and weather damage conditions)
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Be self-motivated and proactive
- Prior restoration cleaning experience preferred.
- Prior cleaning and/or packing experience is preferred
- IICRC certification preferred
- Prior home cleaning experience is required
- Ability to work independently and work well with a team.
- Must have valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20-$28/hour, commensurate with experience
