Senior ServiceNow Telecom Architect

Job Summary

Join a team at a Leading Global Consulting Organization to take on a senior developer role specializing in the ServiceNow platform for the Telecommunications sector. You will be instrumental in developing and configuring complex applications using core Telecom-specific modules (OMT, TSOM, TNI, etc.). This role requires a technology subject matter expert who can drive development, ensure performance, and provide guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, adhering to architectural designs.

Utilize advanced, hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT) and other core Telecom Service Management (TSM/TSOM) modules.

Design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user workflows and application functionality.

Conduct rigorous testing, performance monitoring, and system maintenance (upgrades, patches).

Integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.

Document technical solutions, workflows, and configurations clearly and comprehensively.

Qualifications

Required Skills

7+ Years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow projects.

Mandatory expertise in ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT), TSOM, TSM, and TNI.

Proficiency with CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, and Flow Designer.

A strong background and understanding of the Telecommunications Industry.

Proper work authorization is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow Migration projects.

ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS).

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.

An educational background in Engineering or IT.
