Sales Representative
You’re experienced in sales and motivated to drive results by managing leads, conducting in-home consultations, and clearly articulating the Bella’s Army Painting value proposition. You love building pipeline health, following a proven process, and creating wins for both the customer and the company in a dynamic, performance-oriented role.
2+ years of proven success in sales (home improvement, painting, or related industry preferred).
Experience with CRMs (High Level or equivalent) and comfort with digital sales tools.
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR record
Conduct 15–20 in-home sales consultations per week, presenting Bella’s Army Painting services with professionalism and confidence.
Close 50% of prospects by following the Residential & Commercial Sales Script and mastering the full Bella’s Army Painting sales process.
Manage and update the CRM (High Level) daily, ensuring pipeline accuracy and complete documentation of client interactions.
Provide clients with accurate information about services, pricing, promotions, and company leadership.
Ask qualifying questions to uncover goals, prior contractor experiences, buying behaviors, and project requirements.
Participate in weekly role-play sessions to strengthen closing skills, objection handling, and confidence in delivery.
Communicate Bella’s Army Painting’s value proposition clearly, aligning services with each client’s goals.
Support company priorities by promoting seasonal or strategic offers (e.g., Black Friday, Repeat Client, Whole House deals).
