With 30 years of experience as a State Farm agent, Ive built a well-established and respected agency just outside the Pennsylvania metro area, serving customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Over the years, Ive prioritized stability, loyalty, and genuine relationships, resulting in exceptionally low turnoverjust 12 hires in 29 years, with several team members staying until retirement. Today, our close-knit team consists of two dedicated team members who embody the same family-focused values that guide my leadership style. Im married with three kids, and I lead with kindness, integrity, and respect, fostering a supportive and people-oriented environment. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Quintus - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
