Receptionist

Pay: $17–$19/hr (Receptionist experience required)

Description The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for individuals visiting retail locations during the open enrollment period. This role focuses on creating a professional, welcoming experience while supporting appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in and scheduled customers
• Schedule appointments by phone and in person using probing questions
• Answer basic inquiries about health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services
• Process member information and documentation
• Accept and process payments
• Collaborate with sales representatives and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous administrative or customer service experience (customer‑facing preferred)
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Experience using a CRM
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
