IAM Developer

Position: IAM DeveloperLocation: Ambler, PA(Locals or Nearby candidates ONLY)Duration: 12 months In-Person interview required Description:We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Specialist with at least 10 years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and managing identity and access solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IAM platforms, governance, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, MFA, and security best practices, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of identity systems across the organization. A working knowledge of blockchain technology is preferred. 1. Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level IAM solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.2. Administer and support IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Azure AD, or similar.3. Define and enforce IAM governance frameworks, policies, and procedures (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).4. Design and maintain RBAC, ABAC, and least privilege models.5. Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud services) and manage provisioning/deprovisioning processes.6. Implement and support SSO, MFA, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and identity federation.7. Perform access certifications, compliance audits, and risk assessments aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).8. Troubleshoot IAM issues, coordinate with application teams, and provide Level 3 support.9. Monitor and analyze identity logs and activities for anomalies and security events.10. Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure identity practices.11. Evaluate and recommend improvements to IAM processes and tools. 1. 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related cybersecurity roles.2. In-depth experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, ForgeRock, CyberArk, etc.3. Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and related protocols.4. Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud IAM services (AWS IAM, GCP IAM, Azure IAM).5. Experience with identity lifecycle management, directory services, SSO/MFA integrations, and access reviews.6. Understanding of IAM governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.7. Experience in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of IAM tasks.8. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and integration of IAM in DevOps workflows.9. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
