Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Active RN License required Certifications: BLS, EPIC experience required Must-Have: - On-call with 30-minute response required - Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed - COVID-19 vaccine required Description: SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: 5x8 hour night shift. On-call with 30-minute response required. Weekends and holidays as needed. Candidate will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If clinically qualified and within guidelines, the candidate will proceed to the manager for the final decision. Clinical screenings will be conducted on a case-by-case basis. The manager will conduct interviews. ADDITIONAL INFO: Candidates may care for COVID patients. The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. FLOATING: Floating may be required as needed. PATIENT AGE GROUPS: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics. NUMBER OF ROOMS: 10 operating rooms. ADDITIONAL UNIT INFORMATION: Interdisciplinary support includes phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretarial support. CLIENT COMPLIANCE: RTO should be minimized to a maximum of 7 days. No license hits will be accepted. Local candidates may receive different consideration. EPIC experience is heavily preferred. AHA or ARC certifications are required. Travel pairs are permitted but matching schedules cannot be guaranteed. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must possess required qualifications for pertinent roles and tests. All relevant forms and documents must be completed as part of the hiring process. Modules may take 5-6 hours to complete and are completed pre-start.
