CNC Turning & Milling Specialist
Step Into a Day on Our Shop Floor
It's 7:00 AM in McKees Rocks, PA. You power up a multi-axis lathe, review the work orders, and start threading pipe to spec. A quick check with micrometers and calipers confirms tolerances are dialed in. By mid-morning, you pivot to a 3–4 axis VMC, set up for a new production run, and keep quality and safety at the forefront. This is your craft—taking parts from start to finish with precision and pride.
Location & Schedule
- Location: McKees Rocks, PA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
What You'll Handle
- Operate CNC lathes and milling machines for production work
- Thread pipe and carry jobs from setup through completion
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools
- Uphold safety protocols and quality standards throughout each run
- Leverage or build on G-code skills (programming experience is a plus)
What It Takes
- Hands-on experience with both lathes and milling machines
- Keen attention to detail and a strong safety mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
