Job Summary
You serve as a senior executive advisor to clients and internal leadership, ensuring brand strategy drives differentiation, competitive strength, and measurable business growth. You oversee senior strategic leaders while shaping division capabilities, innovation, and commercial expansion.
This role requires enterprise-level brand thinking, strong commercial foresight, and the ability to align brand vision with organizational growth priorities.
Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
- Define strategic standards and vision for Brand Strategy across assigned business
- Serve as senior executive strategic advisor to top-tier client stakeholders
- Oversee quality and differentiation of brand positioning and narrative frameworks across the portfolio
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy, creative expression, and performance objectives
- Drive strategic contribution to new business pursuits and agency growth initiatives
- Identify emerging category trends and evolving audience behaviors that inform brand evolution
- Shape division capability development across talent, tools, and methodologies
- Lead, mentor, and develop Group Directors and Directors
- Partner with senior agency leadership to align Brand Strategy with broader organizational priorities
- Champion a culture of clarity, innovation, accountability, and measurable business impact
Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
- 15+ years in a strategy or brand leadership role
- Extensive experience leading large or complex brand portfolios
- Demonstrated executive leadership in positioning, brand platform development, and long-term brand growth
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Proven ability to drive measurable business growth through brand strategy
- Deep expertise in brand development and integrated marketing ecosystems
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Experience building and scaling high-performing strategy teams
- Ability to anticipate market shifts and translate them into forward-looking brand direction
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership capabilities
