Closing Crew Member
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you! Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Support team members by bussing tables and assisting with food handling as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines
- Experience with retail math concepts is beneficial
- Team player with strong communication skills
- This is a later evening shift which will start 6pm-7pm and end 2am-3am.
