Administrative Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
Proofread proposals, letters and miscellaneous documents
Enter Customer Relationship Management (CRM) opportunities and tasks for quotes
Using SAP, assist with trade show lead entry into CRM
Order, set up and teardown lunches for customer visits
Back-up receptionist with phone duty
Qualifications
Excellent proofreading skills
Minimum one-year previous clerical experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
MS Dynamics CRM & SAP experience preferred
Hours in the office: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch
