HR Administrative Temp
- Unbox and organize physical files for scanning.
- Scan documents, including confidential information (such as NDA’s, employment records), and ensure proper digital storage.
- Maintain accuracy in document handling and organization.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information.
- Prior experience in administrative or HR-related roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site every day.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scanning and file management systems.
