PA HDCC Regional Campaigns Director
The Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking qualified applicants to serve as Regional Campaigns Directors. PA HDCC is the campaign arm of the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus dedicated to protecting and expanding the Democratic Majority in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. These are campaign cycle, full-time positions with benefits based across the state. We are currently seeking applicants who reside near, or are willing to relocate near:- Harrisburg and Central PA
- The Lehigh Valley
- Philadelphia and Southeastern PA (particularly Bucks or Delaware Counties)
- Pittsburgh and Southwestern PA
- Scranton and Northeastern PA
- Serving as the primary HDCC point of contact with campaigns on development and execution of campaign-specific field, finance, and communications plans.
- Supporting the HDCC’s 2026 ballot access petitioning program, as well as petition challenges.
- Serving as liaison between candidates, campaigns, and Campaign Managers and HDCC Campaigns and Organizing Director.
- Leading a team of Campaign Managers.
- Holding regular staff calls.
- Building and maintaining political relationships with local activists, party, and elected leaders.
- Ensuring campaign data integrity and reporting campaign field and finance data on a timely basis.
- Developing and presenting reports on campaigns’ field and fundraising performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 2 cycles of Campaign Management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions oriented.
- Strong management skills, including overseeing field or finance staff.
- Working knowledge of Votebuilder, autodialers, and texting platforms.
- Has overseen campaign field goals and campaign budgets.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours.
- Access to a vehicle, laptop, and cell phone; ability to relocate as necessary.
