Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient General Dentistry role within stable and structured community healthcare organization
• Bread-and-butter dentistry opportunity with full clinical and administrative support staff
• Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support work-life balance and continuity of care
• Community-focused practice emphasizing efficiency, patient relationships, and structured workflows
• Historic Central Pennsylvania location with access to Harrisburg and surrounding communities

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $165,000 – $180,000
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
• Relocation assistance available up to $10,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday late clinic: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• No weekends required
• No call responsibilities

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient general dentistry services
• Deliver preventative and restorative dental treatment plans
• Maintain patient-centered documentation and continuity of care
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
• Support accessible and community-focused oral healthcare services

• Clear and active Pennsylvania dental license REQUIRED

• Team-oriented and community-focused care approach REQUIRED
• Bread-and-butter dentistry experience preferred
