Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing Alarm Division. This position involves on-site service, inspection, and installation of fire and security alarm systems. While prior experience in fire protection, alarm systems, or construction is a plus, it is not required —we’re willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire and security alarm systems
- Assist with installation of new alarm systems and related components
- Troubleshoot and repair existing systems
- Maintain accurate service and inspection records
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
Qualifications:
- Experience in fire alarms, security systems, or construction (preferred, but not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Compensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience and will align with training and advancement milestones leading to independent technician duties.
Hiring Process:
- A scheduled 15-minute phone interview with our Operations Manager
- An in-person interview with the Operations and Installation Managers
