As 412 Dental continues to grow, we are seeking a Lead Customer Service & First Impressions Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional experience for every patient we serve.

Dental experience is not required- but the expectation to learn and be trained is. We are happy to train and invest in the right individual.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist patients with genuine warmth and hospitality

• Lead the front desk team and set the standard for an outstanding patient experience

• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients in person, by phone, and digitally

• Coordinate scheduling and support efficient patient flow

• Help foster a workplace culture that reflects our vision, mission, and values
