About the Position
We are hiring experienced Exterior Metal Panel Installers through the Sheet Metal Workers Union. This position offers excellent pay and full union benefits, including health coverage, pension, annuity, and training opportunities. Candidates must have experience with metal wall panel systems and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a union crew.
Responsibilities
- Install exterior metal panel systems
- Install metal roofing
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and fasten metal panels with precision
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members
Requirements
- Exterior metal panel installation experience required
- Ability to work outdoors year-round
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
