Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Coatesville, PA. This role is responsible for supporting customer satisfaction through order processing, correspondence, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, requests, and updates in accordance with established procedures.

• Prepare correspondence and documentation to support customer inquiries.

• Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer support to ensure satisfaction.

• Follow standardized workflows and pre-established guidelines to complete daily tasks.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 0–3 years of customer service, call center, or related administrative experience.

• Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in customer support.

• Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Additional Information

• This role is full-time, onsite in Coatesville, PA.

• Reports directly to a supervisor or manager.

• Background check and drug screening required upon offer.

• Contract position with potential extension based on business needs.
