Production Line Set‑Up and Machine Operator

Do you enjoy dialing in machines for smooth runs? Can you read a tape measure and follow SOPs with care? Join us as a Production Line Set‑Up and Machine Operator and help us deliver consistent, high‑quality output.
In this role, you will
- Operate production machinery; slitter experience is a strong plus.
- Set up and tear down jobs to support efficient changeovers.
- Load materials and unload completed product safely.
- Interpret work orders, SOPs, and tickets to guide each run.
- Work at a steady pace to achieve daily schedules and goals.
- Complete palletization and bagging for finished goods.
You have
- Strength to lift 50 lbs consistently.
- Stamina to stand and walk for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation.
- Skill with a tape measure for accurate setups.
Compensation & shifts
- Pay: $19–$21 per hour
- 1st (Mon–Fri)
- 2nd (Mon–Fri)
- 3rd (Sun–Thu)
- 12-hour (Days)
- 12-hour (Nights)
