We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Harness Production Associates to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of wire harness manufacturing tasks including assembly, terminating, inspection, and equipment adjustments.

Harness Assembly Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.37 to $20.37 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 05:55am to 02:00pm )

• 9:55pm–6:00am $20.37/hr
• Perform all harness production jobs as assigned, including: Wire assembly and terminating, Line work, and Inspection.
• Use hand tools such as tweezers, wire cutters, crimpers, screwdrivers, pliers, cable cutters, and utility knives
• Make minor equipment adjustments (purging/adjusting greasers, changing materials, adjusting machines within range)

Harness Assembly Associate Qualifications:

• Sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. manually
• Perform detailed hand work requiring strong hand dexterity

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
