We are seeking a highly driven, strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Product Owner (IC3) for Pharmacy Products. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and independent judgment to shape the future of our pharmacy product suite, drive key product deployments, and ensure our solutions support optimal customer and patient safety. You will play a pivotal role in aligning customer feedback and strategic requests to our current and future platform strategy, particularly as we expand our OHEHR offerings.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of our next-generation eRX platform, ensuring compatibility with OHEHR for over 400 customers and 1,600 providers across a multi-year roll-out.

Apply clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive, strategic reviews of customer requests and market feedback, ensuring alignment with evolving product needs and future platform capabilities.

Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and grow our product portfolio, anticipating trends and regulatory changes, and championing enhancements to support customer and patient safety.

Partner with cross-functional teams-Product Management, Intellectual Property, and Configuration-to drive product improvements, drive adoption of industry best practices, and resolve complex challenges.

Model strong leadership across diverse, cross-functional teams; mentor, coach, and empower others to contribute to solutions and product improvements.

Act as a visible advocate for change, building alignment and gaining adoption of key initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.

Communicate proactively and credibly with stakeholders, using data and business insights to secure buy-in for strategic product direction.

Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, continuous improvement, and ethical best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience relevant to healthcare, product management, or clinical field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, product design, or related area, with demonstrated expertise in clinical pharmacy, product/solution implementation, or healthcare technology.

Ability to anticipate complications and manage complex projects independently; project lead or supervisory experience is preferred.

Skilled in synthesizing customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product enhancements.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across organizations, drive cross-team alignment, and think strategically about product growth.

Demonstrated experience in product workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, and alignment to industry best practices.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to shape messaging for diverse stakeholders and secure support for new initiatives.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
