Location: Stevens, Pennsylvania
Shift: 2nd Shift, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Your Role

The 2nd Shift Maintenance Team Lead helps keep operations running safely and efficiently as the lead technician on second shift. This position provides technical guidance, coordinates maintenance priorities, and works with another technician to support production needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintenance Excellence: Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on machinery to support smooth production operations.

Technical Leadership: Lead second shift maintenance work by coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and guiding the second shift maintenance technician.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues quickly and effectively.

Team Collaboration: Communicate equipment status with operators, production leaders, and the maintenance team to support smooth shift transitions.

Time Management: Complete assigned tasks on schedule while maintaining a dependable, positive, and self-motivated approach.

Safety Focus: Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety expectations.

What You Bring

Experience: Bring at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Food processing experience is preferred.

Skills: Use mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Welding or PLC knowledge is a plus.
