- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties accurately and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure high-quality installations.
- Collaborate with the installation team to troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues.
- Perform site assessments and prepare areas for solar system installation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory to support smooth operations.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience with solar panel installation or relevant construction/electrical work preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to work at heights and handle physical demands of the job.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
