Nestled in the woods of Mount Gretna, our charming coffee shop is a community favorite, serving specialty coffee drinks, fresh pastries, and delicious food. We're looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff to help us deliver exceptional food experiences to our guests.
What You'll Be Doing As part of our kitchen team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our food offerings meet the high standards our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing fresh food items with care and attention to detail.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space.
- Following food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
- Contributing to a positive and friendly atmosphere in the kitchen.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or food preparation role.
- Is passionate about creating fresh, high-quality food.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
- Values teamwork and enjoys working in a collaborative setting.
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
