Job Summary:

The sales support position is responsible for preparing quotes, confirming purchase orders, and entering orders as needed. This role also includes performing additional tasks to help balance workloads within the Support team, ensuring efficient and timely service across departments. This position reports to Team Leader Support- Industrial & ENA Customer Service Lead.

Required Education/Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.

· Proficiency in business software systems required.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

· Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.

· Familiarity with sales processes and documentation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

· Successful bidder will be accountable for all safety, health, and environmental issues related to this position.

· Uses tools provide to interpret, calculate and respond to customer requests for quotation.

· Reviews customer purchase order documentation to adhere to ISO 9002/TS procedures regarding contract review.

· Enters orders and PO Requisitions as needed.

· Review and maintain office supplies.

· Is a team player and works in a group setting, with Team Leader to balance WIP in the cell.

· Performs other duties including receptionist duties as needed or as a result of business conditions to ensure overall office efficiency.
