This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”. The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Software Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
    • Developing industry leading speech recognition software for the medical field
    • Contributing during all stages of the software development process in an agile environment
    • Collaborating with multiple development teams, product owners, business partners, and customers
    Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Software Development experience
    OR
    • High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of Software Development experience
    AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
    • Seven (7) years of experience .NET Desktop application development using C# and WPF
    • Seven (7) years of experience build automation using software such as Ant, Jenkins and Artifactory
    • Seven (7) years of experience writing unit tests and automating testing cases
    • Seven (7) years of experience performing technical code reviews
    • Seven (7) years of experience supporting software in production
    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
    • Experience creating cross platform applications for Windows, macOS, and web
