Job Summary: Hardscape Workers install and construct outdoor features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and driveways. This role involves physical labor, operating tools and machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
· Excavate, Shoot Elevations, and Prepare job sites
· Set bases using different materials while considering drainage implications
· Install pavers, stone, block, boulders, Storm water systems, and Mason work
· Operate tools and equipment (saws, compactors, skid steers)
· Follow layout plans and safety guidelines
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
· Landscaping or construction experience preferred
· Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
· Basic knowledge of tools and measurements
· Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors
