Position Overview
The IT Manager will oversee the organization's information technology strategy and ensure the alignment of IT with business goals. The role includes managing IT projects, leading a team, and ensuring the efficiency and security of IT operations across various departments.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the IT team to ensure successful project delivery and operational support.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of WMS and ERP systems.
- Ensure network stability and security across the organization.
- Collaborate with distribution and logistics teams to optimize IT solutions.
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively for maximum efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and IT project management.
- Experience in the distribution and logistics industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with networking and infrastructure management.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and related technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
