Software engineer lead - informatica

As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based remotely in the state of North Carolina.

As a Software Engineer Lead, you will be part of an Agile engineering team where you will be responsible for technical design and development within our Lending Technology line of business. Additionally, you will work with our testers to address bugs or defects and propose & design solutions. This position would require fluidity and flexibility, as this is not a role with specific guidelines where you will perform the same tasks on a day to day basis. As a Software Engineer Lead, you will also be responsible for serving as a mentor for other members of the team.
Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate ETL Software Engineers. Candidates should have experience with the following:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL workflows using Informatica and SSIS to support payment data integration and movement across enterprise systems.

Oversee and maintain CA7 scheduling of ETL and Informatica jobs, ensuring accuracy, performance, and timely execution of payment data pipelines.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate, test and reconcile database transactions, ensuring integrity and compliance of payment data across multiple records.

Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of ETL processes, database jobs, and data quality issues.

Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.

Facilitates complex problem resolution.

Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $158,700.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
