Retail Customer Service Representative

Location: Enola, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Retail Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting retail locations during the open enrollment period. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming experience while supporting appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist both walk-in and scheduled customers.
• Schedule appointments via phone and in-person, using probing questions to understand customer needs.
• Answer basic inquiries related to health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services.
• Process member information and documentation.
• Accept and process payments.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (customer-facing experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with a CRM system.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume, in-person interactions with professionalism.

• On-site front desk role.
• Will work alongside sales representatives.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, either 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (40-hour work week).
• Dress Code: Business casual; jeans allowed on Fridays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Enola, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
