Position Summary

The Warehouse Operator plays a key role in the safe and efficient movement, storage, and shipment of goods within our distribution center. This role is cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions and contributes to a team-focused environment committed to safety, quality, productivity, and cost‑effective operations. Ensuring accurate and on‑time delivery to customers is a core priority.

Compensation

This position comes with a base pay of $24.86/hr.

Available Shifts & Differentials

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+$1.50/hr shift differential)

Key Responsibilities

- Follow all company SOPs related to Safety, Quality, Operations, and People.

- Load, unload, stage, and store products using powered industrial trucks (PIT).

- Pick product in less-than-pallet quantities and manually assemble mixed pallets.

- Stack/unstack products; lift 35 lbs frequently and 65 lbs occasionally.

- Meet or exceed productivity and performance standards.

- Use written instructions to accurately pick and process orders.

- Prepare and complete customer orders and documentation.

- Operate computer terminals and barcode scanners.

- Conduct work safely to protect self and others.

- Support inventory control processes including cycle counts.

- Maintain a clean, organized work area.

- Process damaged product and support recoup activities.

- Maintain reliable attendance; work overtime as required.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years general work experience

• 6+ months forklift/PIT experience

• Experience with slip-sheet or reach trucks

 

Required:

• Basic English communication skills

• Basic math skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to troubleshoot routine issues

• Ability to work various shifts including nights/weekends/holidays

• Ability to work overtime

Working Conditions

Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, noise, machinery, dust, and repetitive physical activity including walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
