Product Designer

The Product Designer at TeleTracking is a key position to help design our next generation patient flow solutions. Primary focus will be on the interactive and visual experiences of our products and overall platform. Incumbents are deeply involved in various design activities from concept exploration through validation and final design delivery, taking an active role on both defining how the application looks as well as how it works. The Product Designer should have an eye for clean and mindful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate highlevel requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, transforming them into intuitive and functional user interfaces that provide measurable value to our customers. Incumbent will be working closely with product managers, technology teams, clinical experts, and often the client/end users to make certain there is a clear understanding of the designed solutions and the best practices that support it. As a valued member of the Product Design team, the Incumbent will use their skills and insights in a collaborative, agile environment to deliver great experiences across the healthcare eco-system to ensure that no patient ever has to wait for care.

Employer will accept a Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, Architecture, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Designer-related occupation.

Employer will also accept a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, Architecture, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Designer-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

Demonstrable skills in interaction and visual design, color theory, typography, composition and iconography as well as proficiency in one or more of the following design and rapidprototyping tools: FIGMA, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or UXPin. Expertise in translating design requirements into responsive web and mobile app experiences, utilizing and managing design libraries to create consistent wireframes, prototypes, and user flows across platforms. Creating and managing Information Architecture for one or more product families and structuring information between them in a way that is cohesive. Experience with user research methods to gather and analyze data; comfortable engaging with users to collect feedback that supports design improvements and communicating findings (in the form of user flows, prototypes, or research reports) to invested stakeholders. Interpreting and applying data from analytics tools to inform design decisions. Proven expertise in designing enterprise software with a deep understanding of how applications interrelate, and a successful track record of translating client and market needs into effective B2B software features and applications. Experience in navigating the technical aspects of an Agile implementation framework including participating in Agile rituals and aligning designs to technical constraints while retaining the original business value.
