IT Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking two experienced IT Project Managers to support a rapidly growing portfolio of IT initiatives at a leading law firm in Philadelphia. Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technology projects, particularly in software implementation and cloud migration, and thrive in fast-paced, minimally supervised environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver multiple IT projects simultaneously, with a focus on software rollouts and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team on high-priority ongoing and newly launched initiatives.
• Drive project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
• Utilize Jira to manage project tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among stakeholders, including IT, finance, and leadership teams.
• Adapt quickly to the firm's systems, culture, and security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing software implementation projects and/or cloud migration initiatives.
• Prior experience working in a law firm or regulated industry is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
