Part-Time Leasing Consultant – Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Contract Assignment Only

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Looking to earn extra income while gaining valuable experience in property management? BGSF is hiring a part-time Leasing Consultant for a residential community in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-only role is perfect for someone with leasing experience who enjoys working with people and has a flexible schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents professionally
• Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms
• Process applications and prepare lease documents
• Maintain accurate records using property management software
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents

Requirements:

• Property management and leasing experience required
• Familiarity with property management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor
