You will be responsible for enhancing our online visibility and maximizing ROI, making a tangible difference in the healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and rigorously optimize paid search campaigns across diverse platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Strategic Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Data Analysis: Leverage various analytics tools to analyze performance data, uncover critical trends and insights, and provide regular reports with data-driven recommendations.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with our overall business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage SEM budgets to ensure maximum return on investment and adherence to financial targets.
- Testing & Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests, implement robust optimization strategies to enhance ad performance and user experience, and continuously explore innovative techniques.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing SEM campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other key SEM platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis tools like Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics, as well as bid management tools such as Search Ads 360.
- SEM Knowledge: Excellent understanding of SEM best practices, search engine algorithms, and current industry trends.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
- Passion: A genuine passion for working in a fast-growing healthcare media agency and contributing to meaningful health outcomes.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Google and/or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with contextual, video, and/or programmatic advertising.
- Prior experience within the pharmaceutical vertical.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
