Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Daily Responsibilities:

• Secure and transport flatbed loads using industry-standard methods (chains, straps, tarps, binders).
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs/ELD records.
• Liaise with dispatch and receivers to resolve on-road issues and meet delivery schedules.

Compensation & Equipment:

• Earn 80% of gross; typical weekly gross is $7,500–$10,000.
• Lease-to-own program enables ownership within one year; trucks include 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner.
