Senior Systems Engineer

You will be joining Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems supporting the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) program in Valley Forge, PA. THE WORK
We are in search of an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. As an Engineering Professional on the TTWCS program, you will perform system engineering efforts leading change packages to the existing software system, performing requirements development, interface design, system architecture, and aid in the design and development of future systems. The work location will be in Valley Forge, PA with ability to work virtually on occasion as work permits. WHO WE ARE
You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical professionals including software and systems engineers, cyber security engineers, and our project engineering team on TTWCS. WHO YOU ARE

You are a self-starter who is able to work within a team environment under supervision from senior leadership. You have experience as a systems engineer, developing and decomposing requirements, using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, and performing trade studies of applicable technologies. Basic Qualifications:
Experience as a Systems Engineering on a DoD software focused program with knowledge and experience performing requirements development, requirements decomposition, system design and architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active DoD Secret Clearance with willingness and eligibility to obtain Top Secret upon hire.
Desired Skills:
Strong preference for someone with experience in System Security Engineering.
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) including Cameo.
Knowledge of and experience using DOORS for requirements management.
Knowledge of Agile principles and experience using Jira.
CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or comparable security certifications
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
