Position Overview

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you'llprovide high-quality cleaning services to our clients' homes while delivering a friendly, professional customer experience. Every day is different, and your work will have a direct impact on helping families enjoy a clean, comfortable home.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes according to company standards.
• Perform deep cleans and recurring maintenance cleanings.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates.
• Report any maintenance concerns or damages observed during cleanings.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of asmall team.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required —we provide paid training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay of $18.00/hour during paid training
• Performance review after 30 days with the opportunity to increase to $20.00/hour based on progress and performance
