Job Description
The Cleanroom Technician supports high-volume production in a clean, controlled environment by preparing the wipes production area, loading paper spools, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow. This role combines hands-on production support, basic material handling, and accurate documentation to ensure consistent product quality and reliable inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the wipes production area for daily operations to ensure a smooth start-up and continuous workflow.
- Load paper spools in the front room of the production facility so they can be converted into cut wipes.
- Monitor spools throughout the shift and change them as needed to keep production running efficiently.
- Collect and remove trash and cardboard from the wipes floor to maintain a safe and uncluttered work area.
- Calculate accurate tallies during loading, unloading, and warehouse processes and record them clearly.
- Inspect all equipment used on a daily basis and promptly report any defects or issues to management.
- Maintain efficient product flow throughout the warehouse operation by organizing and staging materials appropriately.
- Keep the warehouse and production support areas clean, organized, and in good housekeeping condition.
- Support production lines by responding to material requests and delivering required supplies in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and legible paperwork to maintain an up-to-date and reliable inventory database.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all inventories on a daily basis by following established procedures.
- Operate a Radio Frequency (RF) gun to perform material movements, barcode scanning, and inventory transactions.
- Assist with repack and labeling operations when needed to support overall production demands.
- Follow all safety rules consistently and use proper safety equipment at all times.
- Verify the quality of palletized products and store them according to warehouse policies and procedures.
- Assist in performing basic preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
- Document any issues, concerns, or product changes accurately and legibly according to company requirements.
- Follow established Lock Out Tag procedures to ensure equipment is safely de-energized when required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production, warehouse, and cleanroom operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mill Hall, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
