Remote Client Experience Travel Specialist

HT Travels is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Experience Travel Specialists. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, creating exceptional experiences, and helping others achieve their travel goals.
As a Client Experience Travel Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout their travel planning journey. From understanding client preferences to coordinating travel details and providing ongoing support, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service and memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning customized travel experiences based on their interests, preferences, and budget
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary details
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and personalized service
- Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
- Communicate with travel suppliers and industry partners as needed
- Monitor travel arrangements and assist with updates or changes when necessary
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the travel planning process
- Support clients throughout their travel experience to ensure satisfaction and confidence
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable learning and utilizing online tools and technology
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, sales, logistics, or related fields is beneficial but not required
