Recruiter - Medical Device Manufacturing
Immediate opportunity for an in-house recruiter with our Medical Device client. This will be a 3-month contract opportunity initially and will involve travel into their Exton location 2/3 times per week with the rest of the days working remotely from home. Interviews are as soon as this week. location: Exton, Pennsylvania

education: High School responsibilities:
- Proactively and strategically source, screen, and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR partners to understand the business needs and ideal candidate profiles to deliver effectively on the hiring needs of the business.
- Help to meet hiring needs through planning of job fairs, interview days, or other high-volume candidate processing programs that help the company most efficiently meet its hiring needs.
qualifications:
- Prior experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, ideally in manufacturing
- Ability to travel onsite 3 days per week to Exton
