We are hiring for our launch this fall and are looking for a full time Bartender / Wine Bar Lead.

Role Overview

Are you a skilled bartender looking to expand your wine knowledge? Are you interested in having the freedom to create your own tincture and bitters program? Passionate about wine and hospitality? Become our full time Bartender and Wine Bar Lead at Nature’s Vin. You will set the tone for the guest experience in the wine bar and support our Director of Operations and Sommelier with the wine program and service plus work to elevate it with exciting wine based and NA innovations.

Ideal Skill Set

• 3+ years experience in management/ leadership with preferred experience in wine service or fine dining hospitality.
• 7+ years experience behind the bar.
• Strong wine knowledge or demonstrated passion for learning.
• Personable, professional, and comfortable with multi-tasking in a small team environment.
• Experience with managing the pace of service, ensuring a relaxed, high-touch guest experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• ServSafe and RAMP certifications are a plus and WILL be a requirement.
• Availability for nights, weekends and some holidays.
