Bartender
We are looking for 3-4 shifts per week, around 8-12 hour shifts.
We are looking for someone passionate about cocktails and bartending who likes to work in a collaborative environment that is both innovative and hospitality driven! Responsibilities include:
- Creating an extremely fun and positive environment in the restaurant
- Showing a concrete understanding of our food and beverage program
- Showing the ability to consistently replicate called and classic cocktails
- Maintaining high standards of service and an acute attention to detail
- Taking food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Problem solving customer issues and reporting them to management
- Clearing and cleaning the bar
- Woking with bar and prep team to restock items as needed
- Performing wine service to Middle Child Clubhouse specifications (Training provided)
- Maintaining a clean and organized front of house, including daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleanings
- Reporting to the Front of House Manager/s and General Managers
