Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in the long-term care setting, under appropriate supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and document administration accurately
- Monitor resident conditions, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, nourishment, and basic wound care as within scope
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams to support individualized care plans
- Uphold patient safety, infection control, privacy, and confidentiality in all activities

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania (state-specific)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (standard for frontline nursing roles)
- Experience in or comfort working with geriatric populations in long-term care settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to meet the assignment’s 40-hour weekly guarantee and travel requirements
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and patient-centered approach
