About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer to join our Field Service team in Pittsburgh, PA. This field-based, customer-facing role primarily focuses on installing, maintaining, servicing, and modifying Siemens Imaging Equipment at healthcare facilities in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities
As a Field Engineer, you will:

• Install, service, and maintain Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites
• Perform timely repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and perform essential administrative duties
• Manage tools, inventory, a company-provided vehicle, and other assets effectively
• Build trusted relationships with both customers and internal teams
• Contribute to financial goals by managing territory-based expenses and supporting revenue generation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant electro/mechanical equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools and equipment
• Previous experience working in a customer service capacity
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory and participate in an on-call rotation post-training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Xray, Nuclear Medicine, C-Arms)
• Experience repairing, installing and troubleshooting Siemens imaging equipment
• Experience working as an electronics technician
• Prior experience in biomedical equipment troubleshooting and repair
