Workforce Planning Manager

As our Workforce Planning Manager , you’ll use your leadership experience in skilled nursing to do two things that matter most:
- Interview and select the right nursing candidates (CNAs, LPNs, RNs)
- Build fair, consistent schedules that support staff and reduce burnout
This isn’t a recruiter position, it’s a strategic leadership role for an experienced NHA, DON, ADON, or other skilled nursing professional who knows how important the right staffing decisions are. You’ll help shape the culture of our nursing center by aligning people, schedules, and resident needs in a way that drives satisfaction and quality care.
What you’ll do:
- Interview nursing candidates to assess skill, experience, and cultural fit
- Create and manage staffing schedules with fairness and consistency
- Analyze trends to reduce overtime and agency use
- Partner with leadership to align staffing with resident acuity and census
- Be a trusted point of contact for new hires during onboarding
What you bring:
- Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing (NHA, DON, ADON, or related role)
- Deep understanding of operations, staffing requirements, and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage day-to-day scheduling details
