As a Food Runner, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience, being the vital link between our bustling kitchen and welcoming dining area. Your efforts will contribute to our reputation as an outstanding dining destination, offering a diverse menu ranging from sandwiches and burgers to signature entrées and pizzas from our open-flame oven. $12 hourly

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow of service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, keeping the dining area clean and organized for a welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any guest needs or special requests promptly.
• Monitor food presentation and quality, ensuring each dish meets our high standards before reaching the table.
• Support the team by restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in the service areas.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, contributing to a positive dining experience and building rapport.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Great conversational skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to speak English fluently

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Preferred at least 1 year of restaurant bussing or food running experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
